Editor: Wojtyla Studies Journal; editing, advertising, fundraising.

Director: As Director of the John Paul II Institute I direct all operations, an administrative assistant and 15-20 Adjuncts who rotate teaching courses for us on John Paul II, Polish History and Culture and the Polish Language.

SACS/Watermark: I brought the department up to date on all reporting requirements for IE reports going back 3 years including faculty profiles, course work, learning outcomes, outcome progress and goals. 
Student Recruitment: phone, email, admissions counseling. I initiated a recruitment campaign resulting in a record number of incoming students in one semester, fall 2024. 
New Initiative in Thesis Direction, Final Project Direction: With our team I crafted a new Final Project course and began the “Final Project with Concrete Products” initiative which matched seniors with field specific experts to produce a final project product they could use in the field. 
Donors UST: I recently secured 500,000 from a donor who wishes to remain anonymous to secure the program for a minimum of 3.5 years. I am a regular donor to our program and have acquired new donors while visiting, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing donors.

Previous and ongoing service probes into new areas:

MOU: initiative with the Byzantine Seminary of Pittsburgh, Pa. 
Grant Writing: first ever grant writing proposal’s initiatives for our department and seeking the help of Associate V.P. for Academic Affairs, and Grant Department 
Corporate Internships: probing a new corporate sponsor program with one of our graduate students who is a leader in his industry. 
Diocesan Capernaum Program: Together with Max Studios I was producing a series on “Faith and Reason” to collaborate with this Diocesan program. This ended with the damage to Link Lee but we may return to this project later.
